Instruct iPas to search, screen and select a property for you that meets your brief as a home owner and/or investor and iPas will provide the following due diligence service: 

• advice on current market conditions and sentiment

• search for opportunities from the general market place in selected suburbs

• screen and select a property that meets your brief and/or our stringent investment requirements

• conduct inspections of the property to confirm the property's location in the suburb and street, compass orientation, access to amenities including local village life, public and road transportation, parks and gardens, schools and other recreational facilities

• provide a realistic price range the property may sell for given latest data and research available

• consider comparable sales to support that realistic price range including likely rental if required

• check the history of performance to profile future potential capital growth of the property

• engage a building inspector to undertake preliminary visual property assessment

• negotiate terms prior to auction/private sale

• legal review of the contract of sale 

• bid at auction and if successful

• attend final inspection​

This service is a success fee that is only payable with a purchase that is unconditional.
