• Consultation with you to select the right estate agency and agent to sell your property

• Overseeing the marketing budget, campaign, advertising methods and schedule

• Ensuring contract of sale and vendor statements are prepared in a timely manner

• Assisting with any purchaser term negotiations

• Attending final pre-auction meeting

• Auction day representation
